Registration Fees/Payment:

The registration process is facilitated through townscript, employing a 100% advance payment model. All rates quoted include GST, with additional charges for payment gateway services. Costs related to travel and accommodation are not incorporated into the ticket fee and are the participants' responsibility for reservation and payment.

Training Cancellation:

BSides Goa reserves the right to cancel training due to insufficient registrations. In case of cancellation, attendees will be informed at least two weeks before the scheduled training date.

Venue Details:

The training venue may differ from the conference venue. Attendees will be notified about venue details two weeks before training dates.

Ticket Cancellation Policy:

All training and conference tickets are non-refundable. In case of inability to attend, a substitution of another attendee is permissible. To effectuate a substitution, kindly email us at helpdesk@bsidesgoa.com  , attaching the event ticket, and providing the name and email ID of the intended substitute.

Bsides Goa reserves the right to deny entry to the conference/training if payment is incomplete before the event commences.

Group Registrations:

For a group discount code (applicable to 3 or more individuals from the same organization), please contact helpdesk@bsidesgoa.com  before online registration on Townscript. Once registered and paid, you are no longer eligible for a discount code or refund.

Health Precautions:

Monitoring the developments surrounding the coronavirus outbreak in the past years, we prioritize your health. We will communicate any additional precautionary measures required. Queries can be directed to helpdesk@bsidesgoa.com

Subject to Change:

The organizer retains the right to modify the event program, timing, or location. Such changes, if necessary, will not substantially diminish the benefits described for the participant. Attendees will be promptly informed of changes at least two weeks before the training date.

eCertificate of Attendance:

An E-Certificate of attendance for training is issued to participants who complete the feedback form provided by Bsides Goa. A conference E-Certificate is issued upon request via email to helpdesk@bsidesgoa.com  Requests for E-Certificates can be made up to 30 days after the event. E-certificates will be sent as printable signed PDFs to the provided email address.

Privacy Policy:

Registration grants the organizer the right to save and process personal data for accounting, billing, and future event notifications. Training attendees may be contacted for additional information related to the training, instructions, tools/kits, and classes.
